Having problem with P2P Clients

I have an ADSL connection that works absolutely perfect, untill I open a P2P
client.
I tried Azureus and uTorrent as well and there's the same problem!
I contacted my ISP, that informed that there's nothing wrong with my
connection, and that it might be the modem they provided me that has the
problem.
I sent them the modem, they sent me back a router, it worked just fine for a
day and then the same problem again! At least now the client "Does not
respont", cause before it completely crashed everything. The modem company
told me something about a "security update" from Windows update, but nothing
came out of it! If anybody knows anything about it, please help!!!!!!!!
