Since I got this new AT&T DSL, I am having trouble accessing my Bank Of
America (BOA) checking account. I can log into the account easily, but when
I select the checking account, the machine just d r a g s along and
sometimes never accesses the account. What is even stranger is that if I use
my laptop to access the account - - NO PROBLEM!

I wonder if my internet settings are honked up.

Thanks for the input.

It probably doesn't like the internet server you are using. Try Netscape or
Firefox. Good luck, Gazzygirl58

I use AT&T DSL and have had similar problems with BofA site except I get a
"web page can't be found" message after logging in from the site key both in
IE7 and Mozilla on Vista OS.

After some troubleshooting with AT&T I was able to log in in "Safe Mode w
Network". The suggestion was to work with the anti-virus software OEM,
TrendMicro for further troubleshooting.

After turning off TrendMicro AV software I was still having the problem. So
I then turned off the Windows Firewall and was able to log into the BofA
website both in IE7 and Mozilla numerous times without problem.

I believe at this point there is a Windows Firewall conflict that only seems
to affect the secure BofA website. I am still working on trying to resolve
the firewall conflict but at least I can now log into BofA website.
