The VFUG News Ticker (VNT) RC1a has been posted on line. This fixes a
problem with a bad UID and/or PW bug fix with some other extras.

VNT is a free utility. All VFUG list members can download it Starting Now!

VNT is written in 100% VFP.

VNT RC1a requires VFP 8 or VFP 9. MS Internet Explorer is also required.

Final Release "may" include versions of VFP 6, 7, 8 & 9.

We have a Release Candidate (RC) 1 of the new VFUG.Org News Ticker (VNT)
now on line! VNT is a scrolling news ticker that shows the latest VFUG
Forum Posts for the last 1 to 7 days (user selectable). Just double
click on your favorite topic as it scrolls by and an MS Internet
Explorer Browser will open with that topic ready to read and reply to.
You can control the speed, the font, font size, font color and much
more. You also enter your VFUG UID & PW into the Options menu to
automatically be able to log into VFUG.
All that is required is to download the ZIP file and un-zip it into your
favorite directory. Every needed file is automatically created. No
setup routine is used!
